Summary: The new treatment idea looked good, when tested in a dozen-ish mice. It's not clear whether an eventual human version would be an OTC nasal spray - which was specific to a certain allergen or few - or something that a fancy lab would have to prepare specifically for you. The latter would obviously cost a whole lot more.
