I would love if they could pull off resurrecting the brand! I miss this blue bird.

Another centralized platform isn’t a great candidate for fixing "the public square".

The future is decentralized. Many people have learned the hard way what happens with centralized social media.

I won't be providing my full name and email without more information, like at least a peek inside. Interesting legal argument regarding the brand though.

We already did this................. with fediverse/mastodon, and particularly, Bluesky..... Is the Twitter brand worth that much to start a new one? At this point I'd say no. Just come up with a new name and start whatever you wanna start.
