Hello HN,

I have been following the "digital nomad" trend since Covid Time.

I realized a problem: most programs are designed for 25-year-old backpackers. They optimize for "adventure" and "community," but often sacrifice productivity and comfort. As a founder/exec, I can't work from a hostel bunk bed or a noisy cafe with spotty Wi-Fi.

I wanted to build the "Deep Work" version of a remote residency. So I created The Legacy.

The Pitch:

Location: Unidisclosed

Duration: 1 month (ASAP). No constant traveling.

Setup: We are privatizing a conference wing to turn it into a 24/7 ergonomic office (dedicated fiber line, quiet zones).

Living: 4-star superior suites, full board (gastronomic), 2500m² Spa access.

The Cohort: Capped at 5 people.

The Economics & The "Hack": The price is €9,900 / month. I know this sounds high. But it includes everything (housing, food, workspace, logistics). It is designed for people whose hourly rate makes "organizing logistics" a loss of money.

Here is the experiment: I have zero budget for tech. I decided to spend 100% of my resources on negotiating the hotel and the experience, and $0 on the website. I built the landing page on a free WordPress subdomain.

My hypothesis: High-end clients care about the actual experience (the hotel, the network, the focus), not the URL of the landing page.

I’m looking for feedback:

Would you pay a premium for "guaranteed productivity" vs just booking a hotel room yourself?

Interested? Email me to be on the waiting list.

Thanks,
